Lately, I've been doing a lot of thinking especially because
it’s my last year in high school, and I'm going away to college in less than 6
months. So it hit me! What does love like to do? What can I see myself doing
for the next 30 to 40 years of my life?! It’s pretty exciting because I'm
molding myself into a educated adult and preparing myself for the "real
world" at the same time it’s so scary because I knew this time will come,
but it came faster than I thought. Throughout my entire life I've noticed that numbers
and I had a strong relationship. So, I was thinking maybe accounting would be a
good idea! As I'm doing my research on this certain career I noticed that
everything has to do with taxes and making sure that number match up etc.. This
sounds amazing to me but I honestly don't want to grow old doing other peoples
taxes. It’s something I like, but I want to do something that I LOVE! So I know
even if I have years in doing whatever I'm going to be doing; I won’t get tired
of the career I choose to do for the rest of my life.
Maybe try not to put so much pressure on yourself. Even if you decide at 30 that you don't like this career, you can still start something new. 40 years into the future is a lot at 18!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Love because i been thinking a lot as well, like what i'm going to do after we graduate in June. Especially since i'm considering attending college in the fall January 2016.
